Jellyfish Discovery Workshop
Dive into the fascinating world of jellyfish!
During this fun, hands-on program, children will discover what jellyfish are, how they survive, their important role in the ocean ecosystem, and some surprising facts that might change the way they think about these incredible creatues.
After the presentation, each child will create their own colorful jellyfish umbrella to take home with them!

Join Turtley Yours™ for an educational Sunscreen Swap as part of our Conservation Partnership with REEF (Reef Environmental Education Foundation) and our generous host, Indialantic Coffee.
Not all sunscreens are created equal — and many commonly used products contain ingredients that can harm coral reefs and marine life. This fun, welcoming event is designed to help you learn how small, informed choices can make a big difference for our oceans.
Whether you’re brand new to reef-safe sunscreen or already trying to make ocean-friendly choices, this event is for you.
At the Sunscreen Swap, you’ll discover:
- Which sunscreen ingredients can harm coral reefs and marine life
- What to look for in a truly reef-safe sunscreen
- How everyday choices can support healthier oceans
Our goal is education — not judgment — and creating space for thoughtful, ocean-loving conversations. Hey, we’ve all scratched our heads reading labels and trying to figure out what’s reef-safe and what isn’t, and it can be confusing! Some brands are a bit sneaky and lead us to belileve they’re reef-friendly but in actuality they do still contain ingredients harmful to coral reefs and marine life. We dug in and did the research to try and distill it down into quick and easy cheat sheets.
How the Sunscreen Swap Works
Bring your current sunscreen with you
We’ll help check whether it’s reef-safe
If it’s reef-safe — great choice!
If it’s not reef-safe, we’ll ask you to “swap” its use to non-ocean settings (like your yard or pool)
You’ll receive a free sample of a reef-safe sunscreen (while supplies last)
